Root-Cause, Naturopathic Care — With Clarity
We help patients uncover what’s actually driving their symptoms and move forward with a clear, personalized plan — not guesswork or piecemeal visits. At Enumclaw Naturopathic Clinic, care begins with understanding why your body is struggling, so treatment can be thoughtful, targeted, and sustainable.
Meet Dr. Natalie Walch
Dr. Natalie Walch is a licensed naturopathic doctor who works with patients experiencing complex, persistent health concerns — including metabolic, hormonal, digestive, and inflammatory issues.
She became a naturopathic doctor after seeing how often people were left without clear answers: symptoms dismissed, labs labeled “normal,” and care fragmented across short, disconnected visits. Over time, she realized that meaningful progress rarely happens in isolation. It requires context, pattern recognition, and enough time to understand how systems interact.

Rather than rushing from appointment to appointment, Dr. Walch practices in a way that prioritizes clarity and intention. Her work focuses on identifying underlying drivers, explaining why symptoms are occurring, and guiding patients through a defined plan of care designed around their individual physiology.
Her goal is not to offer quick fixes — but to provide thoughtful, grounded care that helps patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their next steps.

Our Philosophy
At Enumclaw Naturopathic Clinic, we believe in healing with clarity, not guessing.
Instead of piecemeal appointments, we start with a comprehensive evaluation that identifies underlying drivers of symptoms. From there, we recommend a structured care container designed to address physiology over time, not just check boxes.
This means fewer visits, less stop-gap advice, and more forward momentum — built on real data, real patterns, and real partnership.
How It Works
Step 1: Comprehensive Diagnostic & Care Planning Visit
Care begins with a 90-minute visit focused on understanding your history, symptoms, and underlying drivers. This visit allows Dr. Walch to assess patterns, review prior labs or testing, and form a clear clinical impression.
Step 2: Personalized Recommendation
Based on this evaluation, Dr. Walch outlines what level of care is appropriate for you. This may include a structured care plan designed to support progress over time. There is no obligation to continue beyond the initial visit.
Step 3: Ongoing Support (When Appropriate)
If continued care is recommended, it is delivered within a defined structure that allows for follow-up, refinement, and thoughtful progression — rather than guesswork or repeated resets.
